Perform this facial exercise regularly to keep your brows up where they belong:

Put your index and middle fingers together in a closed peace sign

Rest your fingernails over your brows and gently push the skin down

Lift your brows up and down, while creating resistance with the weight of your fingernails

Repeat 10 times

Complete 6 sets

The Cheekbone Lift

We weren’t all blessed with cheekbones, but facial exercise can help you get a little closer. Trade in flabby, fat cheeks for defined cheekbones by following these steps:

Place your fingers over each cheekbone

Gently lift the skin until taut

Open your mouth to form an elongated “O”; you should feel resistance in your cheek muscles

Hold for 5 seconds

Complete 10-15 sets

Tilt your head back until you’re looking at the ceiling

Close your mouth and puff up your cheeks

Move the air from one cheek to the other

Repeat for 30 seconds.

The Duck Face

We start off by working the central muscles of our cheeks. Pucker up your lips and open and close your mouth. Make sure you push your lips outward and tense your face to get those muscles working.

Repeat: 15 times

The Half Cringe

Push one corner of your mouth back while tensing the muscles in your neck. You’re doing it right if you can see the lines on your neck in the mirror.

Repeat: 15 times

Closed Eyes

Believe it or not, just closing your eyes can help you burn fat in your cheeks. So close your eyes as tight as possible and really crunch up your face when you do this in order to feel the tension in your face.

Duration: Hold for 3 seconds, 15 times

Side Kisses

Imagine you’re greeting your French friends. Pucker up your lips as much as you can and move your lips from left to right. Make sure you go from side to side as far as you can.

Repeat: 15 times
