This Sunscreen either reflects or absorb light protecting the skin from the harmful effects. So, the difference between 30 and 50 is about 1 percent. So we need a broad spectrum sunscreen which protects from UVA UVB and IR with SPF of at least 20.

Zinc deficiency is associated with malabsorption syndrome, gastric surgeries, alcoholism, and liver/kidney dysfunction. However, it should only be supplemented in case of deficiency.
